The Putnam County ACCENT ONE STOP SYSTEM provides a customer-focused system of training and employment services to job seekers and employers. ACCENT provides a wide array of employment services from a number of agencies in a single office. Services include assessment of skills and aptitudes, case management, support services, and job retraining among others.
